| METHOD OF USE |
Shake well before use. Use 2-3 capfuls of the Seaweed Bath in the morning bath. (Use before going to bed may cause difficulty to sleep). A 10-20 minute immersion in the bath is suggested for full therapeutic effect. Do not remain in the bath for more than 20 minutes because the body will reabsorb the ejected toxins. Frequency: 2-3 times per week for optimum results or when the body needs it. Use alone or with other Physiodermie products depending on the condition. Recommended for use in the morning for an immediate “wake up.” For optimum results: Use the Seaweed Bath Oil 2-3 times a week for a minimum of three weeks. Use a luffa glove or dry brush after the shower or bath. Exfoliate once a week locally. |
