Yes, there is a 24 hours window to cancel your appointment. A cancellation fee of $25.00 is applicable for the appointments cancelled after 24hours. If there I do not show for the appointment – a fee of $50.00 is applied

Yes, there is a 24 hours window where you can cancel your order. In case of cancelling pass 24 hours, we will change the value of 50% of the order, or in case that it was shipped already – we will have to proceed with a refund upon receiving the package back
Upon your order shipped, you will receive the tracking number along with the site where you can track your package. We use Canada Post, UPS or FedEx for our shipments.
